Map the building constraints
Record loading access, lift dimensions, available power, building rules and permitted work windows. Check these with the manager before booking the job.
Separate people and work
Grinding requires a suitable silica control plan and appropriate work-zone isolation. Staged access needs a site-specific assessment; an open business cannot simply operate beside uncontrolled work.
Define a practical handover
